ChatMet costs nothing to start: a fresh account comes with matches included, and the Reward Center refills them through the day for anyone online. Coins only pay for longer sessions, and buying them is your call. That is the whole model, explained below without fine print.

  • Free matches for new members
  • Reward Center refills
  • Coins only if you choose
  • No card to start

The short answer: free to start, not free forever

You can open ChatMet and start meeting people without paying or adding a card. New members get free matches straight away. We do not call it "unlimited" or "free forever", because that would not be true: past a point, longer sessions use coins.

We would rather say that clearly up front than have you discover it halfway through a good conversation.

How the Reward Center gives out more free matches

You will find the Reward Center right above the matching screen. Stay online and every so often it unlocks another round of matches to claim, more than once per day. Regulars tend to grab a round, chat for a bit and pop back later for the next.

How many matches it releases, and how often, is set on our side and changes from time to time, so we deliberately do not print fixed numbers here. Open the matching page and the Reward Center shows what is available right now.

When do coins come in?

Coins come in when your free matches are used up and you want to keep going. Buying is voluntary, and nothing bills you on repeat unless you deliberately switch that on. The coins page explains packs, what they pay for and how refunds work.

Why it is not completely free

Streaming a private video call is expensive: servers, bandwidth and moderators working shifts around the clock. Coins fund that. The free side exists so that anyone can try ChatMet properly before deciding whether it is worth anything to them.

Ignore anyone offering "free coins"

No generator, hack or giveaway produces ChatMet coins. Pages and messages that promise them are fishing for your login or card. The one real source of coins is the official top-up screen; free matches come from joining and from the Reward Center, nowhere else.

If someone in a chat offers you free coins in exchange for anything, report them. Our safety guide covers this and other common scams.
