This page is the deal you make with ChatMet each time you use chatmet.chat. Starting a chat means accepting it. We kept the language plain on purpose.

Who can use ChatMet

ChatMet is open only to people aged 18 or over who can legally accept an agreement like this where they live. If that is not you, please leave. Any account that looks like it belongs to someone younger gets shut.

What ChatMet is

ChatMet randomly connects adults in private two-person chats over camera, microphone or text. Nobody hand-picks your match and nobody screens them in advance. You get tools to leave, block and report, and real moderators look at every report.

ChatMet is not a dating service, a counselling or crisis service, or a place for professional advice.

Your behaviour

What you say and show is on you. Using ChatMet means sticking to the community guidelines; above all, never:

Undress, act sexually or push someone else to.
Harass, threaten, demean or hate on anyone.
Ask for money, gift cards, crypto, passwords or personal documents, or run any kind of scam.
Record, screenshot or share another person's image, voice or messages without their consent.
Advertise, spam, use bots or automate accounts.
Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your age.

Matches on the house, Reward Center refills and coins

Joining gives you some matches at no cost, and staying online can earn more through the Reward Center. ChatMet decides how many and how often, and that can be adjusted at any time.

Coins are a digital item used for longer sessions. You cannot cash them out, gift them or move them between accounts. Sales are final unless consumer law entitles you to a refund or we decide to reverse an obvious mistake. Write to support about any purchase problem.

Moderation and account action

Rule-breakers may get a warning, a time-out, a suspension or a permanent ban, occasionally with no notice first, and ChatMet may hold on to the related records for safety. Think we got it wrong? Email us and a person will take another look.

No guarantees

ChatMet is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service, that every match will be pleasant or that other users will behave well. Use your judgement and the tools we provide.

Limits on liability

Within legal limits, ChatMet is not answerable for indirect losses or for how other members behave. Consumer protections that the law says cannot be waived still apply in full.

Changes and contact
