Video or audio refuses to start

Give chatmet.chat permission: in Safari or Chrome, tap the little icon left of the address and set both camera and microphone to Allow.
Video-call or camera apps running in the background can lock the camera; close them and reload.
On iPhone, also check Settings › Safari › Camera and Microphone.
Prefer not to use them at all? Choose text mode, which needs neither.

Matches are slow or video freezes

Video needs a steady connection. Switch to Wi-Fi or move closer to your router, close heavy downloads, and reload the page. If video still struggles, voice or text modes use much less data.

Where are my free matches?

Your starter matches are added automatically when you join. After that, the Reward Center above the matching screen offers more at intervals during the day while you stay online. Amounts vary over time; the Reward Center itself always shows what is claimable right now. See Is ChatMet free?.

A coin purchase did not arrive

Reload the page and check your balance. If it is still missing, email [email protected] with the time, amount and the sign-in method on your account.

Can I keep ChatMet on my home screen?

In Safari, tap Share › Add to Home Screen. In Chrome, open the menu › Install app. Full steps are on the app page.

Closing your ChatMet account for good

Email [email protected] and tell us the sign-in method you used. We will confirm once the account is deleted.
